Are you using the correct URL?
Make sure you are using the following web address for logging into Canvas: https://login.canvas.cornell.edu/.
Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache/history?

Are you receiving a “400- Bad Request: Request header too long” error?
This issue is caused by a bad cookie and can be removed. You may wish to remove this cookie without deleting history by selectively deleting only the Canvas related cookie (canvas.cornell.edu or cornell.instructure.com).
