Why are some student responses from the phone app not being recorded in iClicker?
Ask the student to be sure they are logging in to the app with their Cornell NetID email address and their password.
Why are some students not receiving points in Canvas, but are showing up in my iClicker Cloud responses?
Re-syncing your course roster in iClicker Cloud should resolve this issue, found on your LMS Courses page.
Network Issues
Classroom Network issues: Sometimes, but not always, students using the iClicker Student app cannot connect to the questions. What can they do?
There is no good answer to this issue. The network in the classroom can be overwhelmed with everyone connecting to it with multiple devices for each student. Please ask your students to turn off any device that they are not using during class, to allow others to connect.
