Some users are currently experiencing issues accessing Zoom and other third-party tools through Canvas. In most cases, this seems to be an issue in Chrome (and sometimes Firefox) when users have enabled an ad blocker or privacy plug-in (such as uBlock Origin). At this time, if you are unable to access Zoom or other tools through Canvas, please turn off your ad blocker or privacy plug-in.

In the meantime, you will likely be able to access third-party tools through Canvas by temporarily using a different browser.
