When you click Quizzes from Course Navigation, you are taken to the Quizzes Index Page. This page is where you can find Quizzes and New Quizzes organized by Quiz Type.
At the top of the Quizzes Index Page you can find a [1] box labelled Search for Quiz that can be used to search for quizzes within the page. You can also find [2] + Quiz for adding Quizzes and New Quizzes (with the option between quiz engines unless you have already saved a preference) and [3] the 
Options icon for managing Question Banks and resetting quiz engine preferences.
You can also expand or collapse each Quiz Type.
